| All American Train Rides
agrees to provide the services described above. Contract is secured with a
minimum deposit of $75 required to hold a date. Deposits are
non-refundable for cancellations. Cancellations need to be done 24 hours
before scheduled event.

Inclement Weather
Policy |
|
Inclement Weather is
always a possibility in North Florida. If there is a possibility that
weather may be a factor we will discuss options, which may include,
rescheduling, delaying the Train arrival if scheduling permits, or
canceling the event. There is a great deal of preparation involved in
getting ready for the party. But, ultimately, if you decide the weather is
going to prevent the guests from enjoying the train rides, then the other
option is to reschedule the event for another date that the Train will be
available. |

The undersigned agrees for
himself or herself, dependants, for persons participating in the event
with the undersigned's express or implied permission, invitation or
knowledge to assume some of the risk and hazards and agree to fully
INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, All American Train Rides, and
their owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from:
(1) any and all claims, demands, liability, injuries, death, property
damage or loss or other remedies or damages arising from negligence while
riding and/or standing in close proximity to trackless train operations. |
