Weather Related Issues
All American Train Rides, LLC reserves the right to cancel your rental if there is a 70% or higher chance of rain. If there is a 50% chance of rain we let the customer decide prior to delivery if they would like to reschedule. If we do not hear from the customer we will assume that they still want the equipment delivered. ONCE THE EQUIPMENT is onsite, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED & NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. What if I want to reschedule or cancel my reservation?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to reschedule or cancel your reservation. We would rather reschedule than cancel. You will be subject to a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee if party/event is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the event date. To avoid a cancellation fee we would rather you reschedule your party/event.
Do I need an attendant?
If you have more than 125 individuals participating in any event you should provide attendants to help conductor. This occurs for very large parties, church functions, school functions, etc... We provide trained attendants with an additional cost. Call (904) 534-3987 for more information.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
We provide set-up and pick-up FREE of charge to the Great Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, and St. Augustine Areas and Parts of Georgia. (Some restrictions apply). If you live within 20 miles of our Location 14476 Duval Place. #502 Jacksonville Florida 32218 the price includes delivery. If you live outside of this delivery zone we charge $1 per mile (ONE WAY ONLY!) after the first 20 miles of the delivery. EXAMPLE: 50 total miles = $30 delivery charge.
